Noise in a workplace is a problem that should not be underestimated, due to the risk of permanent hearing loss to the employees.
Our otoplastics are exactly the way earprotectors needs to be: cost-effective, comfortable and, of course, fully customized!

The earmoulds for the production of otoplastics can be taken on location for large numbers of employees (more than 10). The earmould can be taken within 8-10 minutes. The otoplastics are available with different acoustic filters so just the right reduction of noise can be determined for each individual on his/her workplace

The otoplastics:

  • Are made from hard hypo allergic material, which can easily be cleaned
  • Have a perfect fit
  • Are the best protection against harmful sounds
  • Have a speech recognition filter, so communicating with each other is no issue

For the otoplastics you have the choice of different reducing factors of the acoustic filters:

  • reducing factor of 33 dB
  • reducing factor of 30 dB
  • reducing factor of 24 dB
  • reducing factor of 17 dB

Method:

  • The otoplastics can be fitted on site using modern impression material (for orders of more than 10 pairs)
  • The production of the otoplastics takes place in a laboratory in the Netherlands.
  • It is recommended to test the otoplastics yearly (Leak test)
