We work with “VerzuimApplicatie” (medical and absenteeism software as application for registering absenteeism). Verzuimapplicatie not only generates data on absenteeism, but also steering information that gives you more insight into absence patterns in certain departments or in your entire organisation.
This system will be accessible to the company physicians (on site physicians), the OH physician, the assigned Network physicians (GP’s) for the secured medical files and the HCCO Case manager and absence coordinator have access to the absence Management part.
The HCCO team dealing with absence management will consist of:
